Candle Care
-
Never leave a candle burning unattended, near flammable materials, drapes, furniture etc.
-
Keep well away from children and animals.
-
Ensure you use an appropriate candle holder/candle dish and that the holder/dish/candle is placed on a flat surface and that you protect any surface underneath from heat or dripping wax.
-
Avoid placing near drafts as this could lead to rapid or uneven burning, tunnelling and excessive dripping.
-
If the candle smokes excessively, extinguish, allow to cool and trim the wick.
-
Do not use water to extinguish the candle as it could cause the wax to splatter.
-
Don't move or touch the candle until the wick has stopped glowing and the wax has solidified.
-
Ensure good candle wick care

Ensure your wick is always kept to 5mm long, and trim the wick for every three hours of burn time. Avoid burning for more than four hours in one sitting. Extinguish the flame, let the candle cool to room temperature, and allow the candle to cool for at least two hours before relighting

Once purchased you are responsible for candle safety. Candles are a fire hazard - Please be mindful and use safely.
